For questions about the app, your account, subscriptions, or a bug, email abuse@skynexus.voyage and we'll get back to you. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account); see our Privacy Policy for how deletion works and how to exercise your data rights.
SkyNexus lets people share a flight card with a short caption and a display name. If you see a shared card, caption, or display name that is abusive, offensive, or illegal, please report it. There are two ways:
Every report reaches a real person. We review reports and act within 24 hours of receiving them. Depending on what we find, we will remove the offending content and warn, suspend, or permanently remove the account responsible. Where it is appropriate, we will let the reporter know the outcome.
Our rules for what may be shared are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy. SkyNexus has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Content that is illegal — in particular any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child — is removed immediately, ahead of the ordinary 24-hour window, and the account responsible is permanently terminated. We report child sexual abuse material and other serious illegal content to the relevant authorities, including the National Crime Agency / CEOP in the United Kingdom and, where there is a US nexus, NCMEC. SkyNexus must not be used for any illegal purpose.
If we have acted on your content or account and you believe we made a mistake, email abuse@skynexus.voyage and we will review the decision.
