These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SkyNexus Limited (Company Number 17114302), a company registered in England and Wales at 38 Salisbury Road, Worthing, BN11 1RD ("SkyNexus", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the SkyNexus iOS app and the SkyNexus website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SkyNexus helps you reconstruct, keep, and celebrate your personal flight history — a private archive built by scanning boarding passes or adding flights yourself, enriched from the world's aircraft and aviation record. Some features are free; others require a paid Plus subscription.
You sign in with Sign in with Apple; there is no password. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to use the Service under the laws of your country. Please keep your account details accurate.
SkyNexus lets you record your flight history and, if you choose, share a flight card with others. Text you add to a shared card (such as a caption) and the display name you choose are your content. When you share, you are the publisher of that content. Anything you keep private stays private — these conduct rules apply to what you share or make visible to others.
SkyNexus has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree that you will not create, share, or transmit through SkyNexus any content that:
We may act without notice. We may remove any content, and suspend or permanently terminate any account, that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy below, at our discretion and without prior notice. Serious or repeated breaches, and any content involving child sexual abuse material, result in immediate and permanent removal and account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement or the relevant authorities.
Reporting. If you see content or behaviour that breaches these Terms, report it in the app (the ••• menu on any shared card → Report) or email abuse@skynexus.voyage. We review reports and act within 24 hours. See Support & Safety for how reporting and takedown work.
No liability for user content. Content shared by users is theirs, not ours, and does not represent SkyNexus. We are not responsible for user content but will act on it under this section when notified.
SkyNexus is a place to remember and celebrate your flying. Keep it that way. Anything you keep private is yours — we don't police your private records. These rules apply when you share — when your content reaches someone else under the SkyNexus name. Don't share content that:
If you break these rules, we may remove the content and suspend or permanently close your account, without notice. Child sexual abuse material and other serious illegal content is removed immediately and reported.
SkyNexus reconstructs your flying from the world's aircraft and aviation record. For recent and well-travelled flights we can often name the exact airframe you were on; for older or quieter ones you will always get the aircraft type, its airline, and era, with the exact tail filling in as the record grows. Aviation data is provided on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete or updated over time. A blank never means we got it wrong — it means not yet.
The Service — including the app, the website, the SkyNexus name and branding, and the underlying aviation corpus and data compilation — belongs to SkyNexus Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your own flight history and the content you create remain yours.
SkyNexus Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (or, where offered, a one-time purchase) sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, price, and cancellation are handled by Apple and governed by your Apple account terms; manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all aviation data is complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyNexus Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete account); deletion is immediate and permanent, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with immediate and permanent termination for serious or repeated breaches or any child sexual abuse material.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
